You must have given Sky these bank details. The contract you agreed to allows Sky to take money they're owed from any account that you've given them details of. Your complaint doesn't sound valid.

The bank details they took money from was not in my name I used a friends card to make a payment because I had lost my card and I had set it to pay by credit or debit card not direct debit [removed]

@Brianbunch , unfortunately, that doesn't matter. By using your friend's card even just the once, it does mean that Sky do have those payment details on record, which means it's possible it would be used as per the T&Cs.
