I have recieved numerous letters from CCS Collect saying I owe £45.43, I cant seem to find any arrears on my account or recieved any letters from Sky.

Could this be a non return fee, so have you ever returned any equipment back to Sky or perhaps you failed to return something ?

Not sure why I would have to return anything but I did move house twice last year..

Would it not show on my account though or a letter from sky themselves?

Is this addressed to you personally or could it be for the previous owner of your home ?

When you moved do you continue with your Sky services so did you use Sky's home moving service or did you cancel then start afresh at your new home as a new customer ?

Yeah its addressed to my husband. And just found it shows an old sky account number..not sure why it would have changed..we used skys moving home service on both occasions.

It might be worth calling Sky about this if you can't see any outstanding amount on this old account.
