How to get a credit refund

I've had over £60 credit on my Broadband account and I'm trying to get a refund. I no longer have sky broadband and the app says it'll come off my next bill (impossible as there won't be one and my old billing cycle has completed.)

There is no option to request a refund and I don't fancy waiting 3 years on hold to request something that should be easy to request via an app but seems impossible for Sky to get their heads around.

Help!
