      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I rang Sky on the 4th September to cancel 'Sky Cinema'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I eventually got through and spoke to a young lady who did all she could to get me to increase my monthly payments when all I wanted to do was reduce them as we are paying at present £167.00 a month ( far too much) I eventually got my point across .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately I had terrible trouble understanding her and she also spoke way too fast. She said she was emailing a form to sign which I thought was for the request to cancel Sky Cinema. I duly signed this form but only then did I realise that she had just got me to sign a 24month new contract just to cancel sky cinema and she was also cancelling Netflix which I hadn't even mentioned in any conversation. I asked immediately to be put through to speak to someone I could understand to cancel this new contract. I spoke to a 'Jalel' which i know means absolutely nothing. He assured me that they would cancel the new contract I had been tricked into and just cancel Sky Cinema leaving the original contract and Netflix as it was. Lo and behold I looked at my contract when I got off the phone and for days later and it says im signed up for another 24 months!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a scandalous way to operate....we have been Sky customers for 35 years and to be conned into another contract is disgraceful practise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help anybody can offer will be greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;way too fast.....She said she&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They'll be able to refer back to the recordings of the conversations.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
