Not really an account or billing question but does anyone know if Sky VIP rewards are no longer offering the chance to apply for tickets to sporting events ? I still subscribe to Sky Sports but there's no longer an option to enter the draw for tickets to football, rugby, cricket matches etc. Has this disappeared for everyone? Has it gone for good ? Anyone know ? Thanks

Sky vip is indeed on my sky app but opportunity to receive sports tickets are no longer there.....for me and that's what I'm asking about.

Free cinema tickets, days out and other free stuff but sports tickets not there anymore.....for me.

Under the section called "Rewards for you", if you are a Sky Sports subscriber, there will be a Sky Sports Reward tile, but you may need to scroll right to see it ( as each section only shows one tile at a time).

I appreciate you are trying to help but I have been a Sky VIP member for years, trust me, for me sports tickets are no longer there no matter which way I scroll. Believe me I have tried.

If you can tell me you have just checked YOUR mysky app VIP reward and you can 100% see sports tickets for football, r,cricket etc. then it is an issue I have and I will contact Sky because I can no longer see these offers but I can scroll and see other various offers.

Yes I can see the Sports rewards and i have been able to since Sky relaunched the VIP service a few months ago.

The app isn't now the easiest to navigate around but like @MarkGoldsmith I can also see the sporting tickets although you do have to swipe across to see them

under "rewards for you".

It's funny because the Sky Sports Reward tile is the first tile for me under "rewards for you" and always has been every time I've looked at the VIP section. I wonder what logic is applied with the ordering of the tiles.

Thank you. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the MySky App and all back to normal now.

Thanks for the replies the problem was obviously a glitch with my App it fingers crossed now resolved.
