Outstanding refund

I closed my account with Sky and returned all the items in June 2025.

I have a credit on my account. How do I get this refunded to my bank?

Contact Sky and ask them to refund it. Your direct debit will still need to be in place.

I tried contacting them, the help section just sends me round in circles.

no phone number.

I have tried social media. Got another 'bot' and have now been 'referred' over to the social media team!

how does this help me get back funds from my account that Sky owes me?!
