Vue cinema codes not working

Hello, when I try to redeem my codes I keep getting an error saying there has been an issue...codes are for this month for a Wed screen...any ideas?

Had same but Vue code checker said valid. Tried again this evening & received slightly different error saying try later. So may be a known issue.

Thank for the reply, yeah I did the checker too and it says codes are valid! Got the email from Skybsaying codes were ready and def still valid till the end of the month! Really annoying, trying to book for a show tomorrow!

Said you could convert codes to qr & use in person at cinema but then bit of gamble to chance if seats/showing available.

In the app. There is a link in the wording under the codes. Think in the how to redeem section.

Have you selected a Friday or Saturday as the date ?

You can only use the codes from Sunday to Thursday for this not on a Friday or a Saturday. It does say that on the app

Same issue and error code when trying to book for a film on a Sunday - really frustrating. Tried via Vue app and browser, codes are definately valid when run through Vue checker but won't let me book seats

Have been advised by Vue that they have a booking issue with their website and they are currently working on a resolution. The helpdesk person advised they cannot assist with vouchers and bookings but you can try to redeem them using the QR code in person at the cinema. Unable to give timescale for resolution and confirmed the issue only relates to using vouchers - normal bookings are ok.

Spoke to Vue as well this afternoon in store and confirmed nationwide issues with their systems and no idea when it will be resolved.

I mean, its a little convenient for Vue isnt it hahaha of course cash bookings work! Not to be a "karen " but its not good enough. This better be fixed by Sunday hahah

Same here, its Thursday 4th sep and codes are valid on the vue checker but won't accept on checkout clearly vue havnt sorted the issue out days later.

As others have mentioned we've had confirmation VUE are experiencing system issues with their online bookings at the moment. You can still use your voucher by grabbing your code from the app and redeeming it in person 🙂

Walking up and showing the code is a workaround; it's not much good if the cinema is busy and you need to book in advance.
I just paid the £22 to watch a film as I needed to book. Sky csr have given me the £22 back as a credit on my bill after I called them

Think known issue I rang customer service & message saying known issue they're working on!! Can redeem in store but not ideal

I can confirm ive just gone on and successfully booked a film using codes.
