      <title>Sky Scam identity fraud and no support from Sky</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;My name is vishal. someone had opened account on my name and previous &amp;nbsp;address. This has added 1260£ credit missed payment on my account and impacted my credit report from SKy mobile.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I was not called &amp;nbsp;communicated or asked for anything related and do not have any sky account. i raised and called sky 10 times now in past 2 months but nothing has been done. THey tel me everytime it will be resolved in 24 hours.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;This is total harrassment and now i can not buy anything in credit due to missed payments that also twice since august and september reducing my credit score from 999 to 752.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am full distress and harrased as i can nnot buy anything in credit due to two missed payment from Sky which i have NOT been part of.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Can Sky please do something about this at the earliest.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I was told by Sky Tech on call team that their Fraud risk team doe NOT have any phone no to reach and i have had no email call from them at all on this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Sky doe not have any fraud complaint team on call to reach out to. I always end up speaking to Sky tech team who can not do anything.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I wasl also chased by BPO team to pay funds which i have not taken for this fraud.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have recorded this to action fraud &amp;nbsp;as well.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Please register my complaint as many like me are left in dark and have to go through this without any of our fault.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;There has been no communication from Sky at all on this matter.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Sky do have a fraud team who are, I imagine, investigating. It's not uncommon for them to remain silent until their investigations are complete. As you've found, it's not possible to speak to them directly.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did call that number for ocmplaint and was given a refernce number 2 month back but that was the end of it. nothing happened on that.no email calls from them at all. when i called same number 2nd time i was told 24 hours fraud team will call you and sort it.Again nothing happened. I have sent meail to financial ombudsman as well now. I just need to get my credit score sorted from Sky &amp;nbsp;when they remove these missed payments. Not sure what checks of identity sky has that someone who has no access to my address or my email or my phone can do this scam. &amp;nbsp;they only had my previous address and name &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;3 months agi i have informed the sky that there is fraud under my name sky rescue team gave me a ref number but since july 2025 not even one call or email there is no single tel to contact any help team worse service i have ever seen in uk&lt;/P&gt;</description>
