    <description>&lt;P&gt;I took out a mobile phone contract in April. I didn't like phone so upgraded. &amp;nbsp;I sent original phone back using a pre paid label from sky. In June I managed to contact someone as I was still being charged for returned phone. &amp;nbsp;I was credited for overpayment but I'm still being charged. Can anyone help please. Chat bot is useless and can't get in contact by phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>
