      <title>Refund post contract cancellation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I cancelled my contracts and returned my equipment. I have been expecting a refund and instead I have a credit. &amp;nbsp;Please refund the monies to my bank account as soon as possible. My DD is still open so there should be no issue there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sky seems to follow this process quite often and then the ex customer has to chase.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
