&lt;P&gt;Just so you know, it's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post here..&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An automatic refund takes around 6 weeks, providing your direct debit is still in place. Or you can contact Sky to requeat a manual refund within 5 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My broadband contract ended in July and I was told that I still need to pay for August and then I will get a refund of my credit into my Bank account. As you can see my last bill was (-23.80) which means a credit of 23.80 which needs to be transfered to my Bank account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please inform me how long does it normally takes to get the refund back in my Bank account ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good luck having the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Infact Sky were good enough to not cancel as instructed and took an two extra months from me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would suggest calling them as there is obviously no automatic refund in place as they have been holding my money since July with no sign of it coming back - I'll be calling in the morning.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
