When I log in to my account it says I'm not the account manager so I can't view my bills. All the other links come up with error

Are you logged in with your main Sky ID as it is only this that will give you access to your bills.

Have you left Sky in the past and returned after being away for a year or more ?

I have not been with sky before. Can someone please help me as I would like to get into my account to change my payment date please

You can't change the date until your first two payments have been made.

Hi @AmyKnight It sounds like your Sky ID is not linked to your account.
