That wouldn't result in payments being doubled though, so there just be another reason for that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was advised my monthly amount and have now realised im being charged for services seperately. one DD for tv and another for broadband?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thansk&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have sky glass, tv +netflix (gifted) and broadband - i was advised what my total would be mothly which is the correct amount for one fo my DD i was never told there would be 2 different direct debits for 2 different amounts. im paying £16.99 more than what was agreed on the telephone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4171942"&gt;@Sandraf2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; My guess is the £16.99 dd is for broadband and the other being for the tv subscription as they are separate purchases and payments&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may have been told the price of the tv side but not the broadband or vice versa&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as I previously mentioned tv and broadband are sold separately and not together&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I've now got the same problem did you get anything sorted. I did mine on the app and it seemed like £70 a month I've now been charged two direct debits almost equalling £100.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
