      <description>I still haven't had my bill amended trying charge me 178 for September bill should be no more than 38. Advisor have on lots occasions told me it wrong but still not sorted I have logged numerous complaints and just keep getting told it be sorted .Advisor even told me cancel direct debit so they couldn't take it im at my wits end.Id ened my contract but then went with essential package and broadband but im being charged for complete package for Aug which I didn't have.</description>

&lt;P&gt;You've correctly made a complaint which Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve. No need for multiple complaints.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Cancelling the direct debit is definitely not recommended. Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;AIUI bills cannot be 'amended'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When a bill is issued (and the amount may well be correct depending on the timing) it has to be paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any adjustments will be made to future bills - which may even produce a credit which would mean no payments could be suspended whilst this credit is absorbed on a monthly basis.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As long as future bills are showing the expected amount then the simplest resolution would be to pay. &amp;nbsp;Agents suggesting cancelling payments doesn't end well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
