How do I totally remove Netflix

I want to remove Netflix totaly from Sky. I can then go direct to Netflix site and sign up and add an extra member, my mum, at her house so it will be on my account. SKy cant do this.

Hi @Notebook It all depends if Netflix is part of your base package. Have you asked Sky?

@Notebook if you are utilising the Netflix you get included with your sky package, then what you need to do is to go and sign up for a new account with Netflix. You will need to keep your old Sky linked account running ( even if you don't use it) so that it remains linked to your Sky account, otherwise what will happen is that the next time you login to Netflix on your Sky device it will forcibly link your Sky account with your new Netflix account which will cause Sky to take over the billing of it again.

I was paying for Netflix originally to netflix - then when I got sky, I paid through sky, not realising that my mum would be cut off; she only uses it in the winter.

Asked sky to remove it and after an hour of texting they removed it apart from the free one.

yes, they have removed the pay one, just left the free one..
