      <title>Returning the Sky Q issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have returned my Sky Q HD box, remote control and the WiFi hub when I moved onto Sky stream. I have proof of posting from Royal Mail and the tracking numbers state both boxes were delivered but I have received a box from Sky requesting I send back the Sky Q box. Sky messages is down so im currently sat on hold and have been for the past 30 mins. How do I get this resolved without having to sit on hold to speak to an agent?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
