No referral vou hers

Referred friend and was told we would both get referral vouchers nothing yet. Disgrace.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

You should receive your reward via email, 45 days after your friend or family member's joined Sky and paid their first bill.

When did your friend have their services installed, if it has been more than 45 days ago then there is an email address you can use to contact Sky about this that can be found under "Any Questions":

Yes, got an emails saying to look out for vouchers 45 days after 1st bill paid which was July.

Hi @Meg91 I thought you had a problem not receiving your voucher? "If it’s been at least 45 days since your friend’s first bill payment and you still haven’t received the link to redeem your reward, please email us". I thought that purpose was clear?

How did you resolve this please? I was referred by a friend, and I understand we will be credited after the first month, but I also remember I needed to put in my account number to prove I had signed up and now i can't seem to find that option in my Sky app?

If you have already done this then I wouldn't have thought the option would be available again so as long as you used your friends link to sign up then this should have worked so how long ago did you do this ?

I did originally click the link, but I've heard nothing and I vaguely remember it saying it wouldn't work until I had an account number. I am finding Sky hard to contact, there seems to be no way to email them.
