Outstanding credit

I received an email that there's outstanding credit from my previous account and that sky would like to issue a refund. I called the number [removed] that was on the email but it was an automated call and I couldn't enter my details to get the refund.

I've had the same email come through, but unsure of which account it is to provide an account number when asked. Help?
