      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi hope someone can help , I've switched to EE to save costs due to recent separation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;you have to have a name , address , account number, date of cancellation, showing full amendment and price of early termination sent to EE via pdf to claim back early termination fees which I've tried doing this as explained by sky use toolbar if using mobile phone to get pdf but honestly it doesn't give the fully detailed information required and EE won't accept it . I've phoned sky at least 6 times last being Friday in which they said they would send an email with all I asked for requested within 2 days and still nothing. Anyone else had the same problem trying to get there last detailed bill for switch over&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not sure what you mean by this or how you are accessing the bill but if you select the download option here that will be the best you get from Sky:&lt;/P&gt;
