      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I went through contract renewal, I signed up for 2 years (been with Sky over 20!). The gent I spoke to promised me a £5/month 'Managers discount' to sign up - said it wouldn't show on initial contract email but would be added after as it was 'discretionary' and needed 'manager approval'. Needless to say it hasn't materialised! Anyone else have the same experience? What can I do or have I just been scammed?!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you negotiated this on the phone give Sky another call. Give the date and approximate time of the original call and the agent should be able to listen back to it and establish what was said and agreed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
