    <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Everytime I try to amend my account online e.g. change tv package or upgrade phone I get an error message saying&amp;nbsp;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;'Unfortunately, we can't complete your order online'.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can call up and make changes but it's really frustrating not being able to use the app or online account. Any ideas why this is happening?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As we are customers here then we can't say why this is happening I'm afraid so when you call up ask Sky to look into this for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
