&lt;P&gt;No one will contact you.&amp;nbsp;In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Refunds normally take about six weeks from the last day of connection but posts on here suggest it's taking longer.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. When calling saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;£32.99 was taken out on the 13th August and £77.65 was taken out on the 21st August . Can you refund me this please from my account with EE otherwise I will have to cancel my account with you guys. Looking forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you left Sky and gone to EE as it isn't clear from your post where EE fits in to your issue ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
