@Markusdx12 You can't cancel anything through a public forum, no one would know who you are or what your address is.

In any case you've left it a bot too late to cancel an appointment as you needed to give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel the appointment.

You can change your engineer visit in the following link. However I suspect you have left this too late.

By leaving it this late Sky might charge you a £25 late cancellation fee if you do mamage to get through to them at this late hour if you can't cancel it yourself.

Please read the above replies. You can't cancel on here. Remember that by cancelling at such short notice you will incur a £25 charge.
