Refund not recieved

Been 8 weeks and not received refund. DD is still open so they can refund me. Tried using the bot which apparently doesn't understand refund. How do I get in contact, phone lines and always busy

Does your account show a credit, if so we could usually help you via here by escalating your post to Sky about this but this is not available at present so you will have to contact them yourself so under “Need more help” if it is available should be the number to use:

Yes, in credit in my account. I try to call just get stuck in the loop and have long waiting times.

You could try social media if you are having issues getting through to someone.
