    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we got delayed twice (to no fault of our own) with the broadband being set up, and a separate day where the sky engineer cancelled on us.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;will we get compensation for this? And if so when is it likely to show up, and will it be to my bank account? Or will it just be a reduced bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as you can tell, we are new to sky.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks for having the time to read!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
