Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to downgrade my sky package removing movies and sports as I don't watch them at all. I'm clear of any contract restrictions but when I try on phone it has me constantly going round in circles and not giving me the wrong options what's the easiest way I'm sick of trying on phone. Doesn't really surprise me they make it difficult to downgrade.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
