&lt;P&gt;You can't cancel via here as we are customers so you will need to call Sky to do this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We ordered a sky broadband package on 20th August and were supposed to have it installed on 2nd September. We have been since told we will be updated on 25th September as to a date for installation. If this is the case, we would like to cancel.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
