As you have no other sky products that is the only way to do it!

Hi, I have recently switched providers and my next bill will be roughly £61 in credit. It says it will go towards my next bill but I don't owe anything and now don't have any sky products. How will I get this back to my bank?

@Darrenmidd11

As you've probably gathered the refunds seem to be taking longer than the usual 6 weeks from the last day of connection.

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.

At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. When calling saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue.
