Never heard of 'Fleabrow'. I've no idea whether it has anything to do with Sky. What are you required to listen to? What does the Voicemail say?

I was prevented from using the final character of the email name (why?), so I used a star, but you might guess.

It suggests urgency but no clues.

I took a chance and clicked the button, to be met by request to enter my email address and Password!

Sounds like a scam to allow takeover of my email?

Crashed it of course.

@sky+at+last quite. I can't imagine anyone legitimately would be asking for your email address and password.

Sounds very much like scam, so delete and move on.
