    <description>&lt;P&gt;So about 3 years ago I think. I got an iPad contract with my current sky broadband account. Then a year later got an iPhone 14 mobile contract. So i have 3 contracts&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Broadband&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iphone 14&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ipad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But only the Broadband and IPhone are showing. The iPad one isn't. It just randomly disappeared.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to talk to an agent who says the iPad is on another sky account which I can't access. I don't even know why or how but I got it on the one I'm using.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to ring to speak to another agent and I'm going round in circles. I don't know which option to use, I just get fobbed off or the call ends every option I'm given. .&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the iPad was ordered on another account then you will need to find out from Sky what the account number is for it then set up a new Sky ID using a different email address which should then allow you to access it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It was ordered on the account I use. &amp;nbsp;It disappeared. I know the account number which is also linked to my email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I can't access it and can't pay the bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There should be a payment method setup like a direct debit or card payment so you shouldn't have to make a manual payment if this is what you mean by you can't pay it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
