Hi there,

I want to rejoin Sky but it turns out I have an outstanding debt to them.

If I pay this debt would I be allowed to rejoin Sky?

Hi @Steve_T If your services have/had been restricted, Sky will not talk to you until the debt has been paid and possibly a new continuous payment method has been set up.

Probably depends on your overall credit rating, don't know if Sky also apply their own rules on top of that. Best bet would be to try. I mean you owe them the money anyway so paying it off would probably help your credit rating whether you get back on or not.
