Netflix via sky login issues

Hi, I have netflix via sky package.

My kids use it in the same house, we can access netflix on TV but unable to log in from different devices.

When we try to login, a message come ups saying there is no account with my email.

It is as if we have been hacked?

Any suggestions please?

Are you using your Netflix login details and not your Sky account details to login on a different device.

Via your Sky account you also need the relevant package here to be able to use it on 4 devices:

Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (2 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)
