I am trying to purchase sky stream but getting technical issue error

I am trying to purchase a sky stream subscription. I have a sky account that I log in with. This is my first time purchasing a sky product (except for Now TV). When I build the Sky Stream package and try to complete the process (i.e. enter my postcode/address history), I get an error saying there has been a technical issue and I don't know how to work around this

As you don't currently subscribe, you could try creating a package without being logged in. Or give Sky a call and they'll do it for you.

If you haven't purchased a Sky product before then what is this Sky accoun t you have linked to ?
