added a trial of sky kids now can't remove it

If i click in the app or in my web browser manage content packs it just tries to upsell me new packs and there's no option to remove any.

Are you really going to make me call new dehli to remove this?

i clicked live chat but a bot asked if i wanted to cancel my whole sky subscrition 😕

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

To remove part of your TV package you need to give Sky 31 days notice. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

Not us as we're other customers here and not Sky customer services...

You still may be able to remove it via the chat when active. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv
