&lt;P&gt;Before contacting the&amp;nbsp;ombudsman you have to get a deadlock letter from Sky so have you put in an official complaint because if you did then you need to ask for this:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was promised my bills will be £68 even after sky has listened to the phone call the bills still hasn't been corrected and it's been 7 weeks since sky gave me the offer I will be contacting the ombudsman's service and I know sky will get charged for that and I don't care anymore they promised something and they haven't delivered&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
