This is a &lt;STRONG&gt;customer led &lt;/STRONG&gt;discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. Saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue for an agent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've recently switched broadband providers away from Sky.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You've received my broadband equipment around two months ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is £40 credit on my account. Please could you escalate my refund? There isn't an option to do this within my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
