&lt;P&gt;You haven't said what the refund is for. If you've now cancelled Sky services the refunds&amp;nbsp;are apparently taking longer than the &lt;STRONG&gt;usual&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;6&lt;/U&gt; weeks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;from your last day of connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Clearly there's an issue if Sky have, in good faith, tried to make the refund to your bank numerous times without success. There's no point Sky doing the same thing again - it will just fail unless the underlying issue is fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
