Im trying to refund my credit but I'm not sure how to do it.

have you now cancelled your aSky subscription ?

I had a delay on my internet so they added credit I'm not planning to cancel my subscription

The credit for delayed provisioning will be added to your Sky account

I was told I could have it refunded into my bank.

That isn't the normal process. You could call Sky and ask about refunding to your bank but auto compensation is usually credited to your Sky Broadband/Talk account and used for future payments so don't be surprised if Sky say no.
