Refund from compensation

I got an email about a refund from compensation and was wondering would it go the bank account I used my last bill payment to? And how long would it take?

Hi @Suzannne Compensation for what? It usually goes as credit on future payments, and not into your bank account.

As my account is shutting down it's been credited to my bank account for my WiFi no getting connected for over 3 months

If you are leaving Sky then as this will be a credit on your account it can then be refunded to you. For the time being you will have to find a way to contact them about this as the usual way we can get you help via here is not currently available.

Yeah I got an email to say it will be refunded to my bank in next 3 to 5 days but will it go to the bank that was last used for a payment? Or DD

It will do as it will got to your bank account that the direct debit was set up to be taken from.
