Prepaid Mastercard

I joined Sky in May 2025 and still have not received my prepaid Mastercard.

When speaking to some people at Sky they are unaware of this of this Mastercard.

But when looking online it mentions the offer

@MA69 Did you join Sky using the correct link for gift card?

I joined Sky FF500 on 27th April and £80 gift card arrived on 31st July.

If you joined May then your gift card should arrive very soon. The gift card is not sent by Sky, so they would have no clue.

I joined over the phone.

On person says it will be sent then when it does not arrive and l speak with someone else they then know nothing about it.

Its very frustrating

I am not aware of any voucher promotion when join Sky via phone. The vouchers are normally paid via 3rd party like giftcloud.

I read the T&C very carefully because I am a existing Sky TV customer of 15+ years but new Sky internet customer. The T&C clearly stated must be completed using the online £80 gift link...and not via phone to Sky customer service.

Unless your Sky contract mentions a £80 gift.... 🤐

It is weird how the woman on the phone when l joined Sky mentioned it.

I even asked her about how it works.

Sky is calling me back tomorrow so will see what they say
