No one will / can phone you. Your Community tag name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you have so no one knows who you are.

Are your services currently restricted due to missed payments?

@Dilabersingh You're not contacting Sky customer services by posting here, you should have a direct debit or a card payment setup on your account. However if you are behind with payments you'll need to pay online. Make a payment | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com

Sky won't be able to call you on the back of a community post.

If your services are restricted then you either use the MySky app or online here to make a payment to pay what you owe:

You will then need to setup your monthly payment method again.
