    <description>&lt;P&gt;Our sky Q box stopped working on 7th August. We were not able to book an engineer for almost 3 weeks time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I go about getting a refund as we have not been able to watch any sky channels at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Once the fault has been rectified call Sky to see if they'll add a good will credit to your Sky account, but it's in no way guaranteed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
