Hello

i re contracted 7 th April 25 for 2 years. 2 discounts on my billing for 24 months.

I added TNT sports in August 25. Checking future bills sky signature base price goes up from £32 (agreed on offfer email dates 7th) to 36.50.

sky say that's right it's a delayed from April increase, and a loyalty discount was applied that ends in November. I was never told about this so I'm confused if I should chase it?

Annual increase happens in April in the UK. For customers joining or renegotiating around that time the increase is usually delayed for a few months. In 2026 and 2027 the price increase will revert back to April.

thank you, that's what Sky advisor advised on the phone. Shame I wasn't told about it when I renegotiated but that's a separate problem!
