    <description>&lt;P&gt;I use the app or website to announce to Sky that we are moving house next week and would like to move our sky products to this house. However when I do I sign in and it tells me I have a house move in progress which I don't. And then I press track it and it says it can't be found. I need help I have only until 28th August to sort it and want us to be on our WiFi the day we move in&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recommended notice period is at least 2 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on the provisioning required and OpenReach availability I would assume you won't be connected on your moving date.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's not the reason as I tried on my sky account for a different email and it allowed it. I think it's just our last move hasn't been signed off as completed and it's glitched the system&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
