&lt;P&gt;If it's for broadband someone may have supplied an incorrect postcode or an incorrect house number when applying so as&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4639"&gt;@Mark39&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;states give Sky a call to confirm you're not cancelling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Perhaps they marked your address as wanting to join.&lt;BR /&gt;We had one several months ago - Brsk I believe - they signed us up as wanting to join even though I mentioned several times we weren't interested, received an email from Virginmedia says sorry to see you go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
