Rejoin sky

Hi. Many years ago I used to be a sky customer. Back then I wasn't great with my money and used to miss payments and sky being one of those. Since then I'm alot better and never miss payments. I want to rejoin sky but every time I go online it says account suspended. How do I go about re joining sky in this instance?

I think your only option is to call.

Make sure you are not logged into your old account as that will have been long since closed so you need to sign up as if you are a new customer to Sky. If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:

https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details

Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new account.
