How do I cancel tnt sports ?

You would need to do this by contacting whoever you pay the subscription to. If it is Sky you might be able to do it via here:

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
