In June I changed my monthly subscription from £67.10 a month to £35 a month as I watched only Premier League Football on my Sky Glass TV. I am trying to watch the Liverpool match this evening and it says I need to sign up as I'm not paying for it!

Is this happening on both 401 and 402 as the match is on both channels.

Hi @Dixie9 What exactly are you subscribing to? On your Sky Q box, Home -> My Sky -> Manage my account -> Bills. Either list the Sky TV Subscriptions or take some images.
