    <description>Why is it that after being with sky for over 4 years my contract expires and all i get told by the adviser is go on the sky website all that wants me to do is add things i try to do the online chat bot and all it comes up with is its sad to say good bye what contract do you want to cancel im currently paying over £160 for basic tv an d broadband</description>

&lt;P&gt;Unless you have given the required notice to leave then your contract does not expire as your services will continue as usual, all that will happen is that you will see a price increase unless you manage to talk to Sky and agree a new discount and contract.&lt;/P&gt;
