      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4454068"&gt;@Jmc129&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I had a similar problem a few years ago when I returned a Sky Q multi room box. &amp;nbsp;I phoned Sky customer services and explained I had the proof of postage. &amp;nbsp;The team member I spoke to said that the returns process was flawed (hopefully it has improved since then) and they had lots of calls similar to mine. &amp;nbsp;He updated my file to say it had been returned and that was the&amp;nbsp;end of the matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
